Today we got up at 5:30 am to go watch the sun rise over the Bryce Canyon amphitheater. The temperature was 29 degrees with a slight wind blowing. I thought I would be the only crazy to get up this early to do this but I was wrong. The overlook was filled with other crazies. I guess that makes me feel more normal. As the sun rises the composition of the hoodoos keeps changing. It was so very memorable and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
